Many of these items from Williamsburg Pottery are inspired from fragments from the archaeogical collection in Williamsburg, VA and other archeoligical digs in Virginia. All of the pottery used for eating and drinking made by the Williamsburg Pottery Factory is microware safe. The Stoneware (grey colored) is a hard pottery impervious to liquids and acids. All of the designs are hand painted so no two of the same style may be exactly alike. Painted designs can vary from the item pictured.
